Corrizon Base, made by Green ICPS Ltd. of Israel, is a single component waterborne based solution for the protection and treatment of metal that targets corrosion. Most anti-rust chemicals, paint and primers in the market today coats the outer layer of metal like galvanizing and powder coating. Most of it leads to a short-term form of protection which still requires ongoing maintenance to prevent rust from spreading once the coating is deteriorated.
Corrizon Base works by penetrating and converting the metal, putting an end to corrosion. If compared to rust removers, the integrity of the metal is affected due to the highly toxic chemicals which erode the surface. Corrizon Base is mild and organic and has anti-corrosion properties that acts as an oxygen scavenger that penetrates metal substrate, replacing oxygen molecules without affecting metal integrity thus preventing corrosion from recurring. Not only that, Corrizon Base is able to withstand high temperatures which means it allows it be used before welding.
